Job summary

Under the responsibility of the Head of department you will be responsible for daily AUM, transaction and product referential data uploads into the corporate IT database. In addition, you will be responsible for periodic production updates on AUM, transaction and product referential data to company stakeholders. You will support the Finance function on provision of detailed and aggregated data relevant to intra-group transfer pricing calculations.

 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Regular monitoring and certification of AUM, transaction flows and product events in the Finance data depository.

  • Regular reporting on the AUM, transaction flows, product referential and product events to the Head of the department and other stakeholders within the Finance function of the company.

  • Participation to a project to automate processes and controls relevant to AUM, transaction flows, product referential and product events.

  • Monitoring, summation and controls over trades made within company’s product ranges. Performing regular reconciliations of these trades against opening and closing positions for a given period.

  • Data sourcing, data controls & reconciliations and other preparation works for intra-group transfer pricing calculation (active and passive Aum, client segmentation, distributing entity allocation etc.)

  • Participation to a project to automate regular reconciliations of trades against opening and closing positions for a given period.

  • Preparation and update of the written procedures relevant to the above.

  • Participation to any other projects and activities within the department as it might be assigned by the Head of department.

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics...

Level of minimal experience

3-5 years

Experience

Minimum 5 year experience in a similar role in asset management industry (MC, TA or FA)

Technical skills required

·         Knowledge on financial products and prospectus intelligibility;

·         Good command of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access.    

 

Languages

·         Fluent English written and spoken
