Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership
- Provide senior oversight of a team of professionals, including solutions architects, project managers, consultants, and SMEs (both business and technical) as part of client engagements
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.
- Support the leadership during the internal transformation required as part of the “accelerate growth” plan.
2. Advisory :
- Contribute to thought leadership and support clients with advisory engagements across key propositions e.g. Transformation and Innovation
3. Excellence in Delivery:
- Oversee client execution including the origination of new opportunities, project planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases of client onboarding in the capacity of an Engagement Lead
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Define and standardize service delivery processes and best practices across EMEA in line with global standards
- Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Continuously improve service offerings based on client feedback and industry trends.
- Co-create delivery models with strategic delivery partners (both vendors and professional services firms)
4. Sales Support and client relationships:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-suite clients.
- Work alongside pre-sales, sales and relationship management teams to provide consistent client communication and escalations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives
- Development of new service offerings and revenue generation opportunities
5. Transformation of internal capabilities
- Support with the definition of vision, strategy and TOM and support the mobilisation of teams and transition to new ways of working
- Grow the capacity in the team to support delivery activities across locations, products and client groups
6. Resource Allocation:
- Allocate resources efficiently to meet project and service demands.
- Ensure that the right mix of skills and expertise is available for project teams.
- Manage resource capacity planning and allocation.
7. Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for professional services
- Monitor and control project and departmental expenses.
- Ensure projects are financially viable and meet profitability targets.
8. Reporting and Analytics:
- Present regular reports on project status, performance, and key metrics.
- Use data and analytics to drive decision-making and process improvements.
The Global Professional Services (GPS) function plays a significant role in allowing Amundi Technology to accelerate its global expansion plans by ensuring the successful delivery of ALTO services to new and existing clients and markets. It also has a focus on the creation and delivery of additional revenue through the incubation of new services and the provision of advisory services.
As GPS is a revenue generating function, there are standalone revenue targets associated with the both provision of new services and the delivery of existing services to end clients. The EMEA lead will work with other commercial functions (e.g. Sales and Relationship Management) as well as the wider Amundi Group organization to deliver against these targets and will have an allocation of the P&L target from the GPS business plan.
The EMEA lead will manage a team of professionals with a diverse set of skillsets, ensure that regional and local teams work in a consistent and scalable way when working across all aspects of the value chain (from Pre-sales through to execution).
As a senior member of the GPS function, this role will act as a senior client liaison across the portfolio of initiatives at strategic clients and across the GPS portfolio.
