Why this role is important to us
This is a great opportunity to join the HR team at an exciting time where the future of how we work will be shaped. This role will focus on enhancing and streamlining HR processes, reducing manual and repetitive tasks, and improving the efficiency and consistency of how the HR function operates. The successful candidate will combine a strong understanding of core HR processes with the technical capability to design, build, and implement scalable automation solutions using AI, Power Automate and other technologies.

What you will be responsible for
• Review existing HR processes and identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, and automate routine and repetitive tasks.
• Design and build automation solutions using **Power Automate** and other relevant AI-enabled tools.
• Work closely with HR colleagues and business stakeholders to understand current workflows, pain points, and process requirements.
• Develop practical solutions that improve efficiency, reduce administrative burden, and increase consistency across HR operations.
• Support the implementation of AI-driven tools and automation initiatives within the HR function.
• Ensure solutions are scalable and can be adapted for use across other Amundi locations.
• Document processes, workflows, and solution designs clearly to support governance, handover, and ongoing maintenance.
• Test, refine, and troubleshoot automation solutions to ensure reliability and user adoption.
• Provide guidance and training to HR team members on new tools, workflows, and ways of working.
• Stay informed on developments in AI, automation, and HR technology, and proactively suggest new opportunities for innovation.
• Partner with HR and technology stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions align with business needs, data privacy requirements, and internal governance standards.
• Develop AI and Power Automate skills within the HR team.

What Success Looks Like
• The employee experience with the company is enhanced through quick and efficient HR processes, allowing them to focus on their business priorities.
• HR processes are simpler, faster, and less dependent on manual administration.
• Repetitive tasks are automated, freeing up the HR team to focus on higher-value work.
• Practical AI and automation solutions are designed and implemented effectively.
• Improvements can be adopted and scaled across other Amundi locations.

Supplementary Information

What we value for the role
• Strong understanding of the HR function and key HR processes, ideally gained through experience in an HR operations, HR project, HR systems, or HR transformation role.

• Familiarity with AI tools and the practical application of AI in a business or HR environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose workable solutions.
• Experience documenting processes and translating business requirements into functional solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across HR and wider business teams.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to influence and support change.
• High attention to detail and a strong focus on user experience, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver solutions within agreed timelines.
• Experience working in HR in a financial services, asset management, or regulated environment.
• Exposure to HR systems, workflow tools, or digital transformation projects.
