Digital Strategy Development
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy for HR, aligning it with the overall organizational strategy. Identify opportunities for digital transformation within HR processes and functions
HR Technology Implementation
Evaluate, select, and implement HR technology solutions that align with the organization's needs and goals.
Process Automation
Identify manual and repetitive HR processes that can be automated. Implement workflow automation tools and technologies to streamline processes, reduce administrative tasks, and improve efficiency.
Data Analytics and Reporting
Utilize HR analytics tools to analyze HR data and generate insights. Develop dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics, such as employee engagement, turnover, recruitment effectiveness, and workforce planning. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive HR strategy
Employee Experience Enhancement
Drive initiatives to enhance the employee experience through digital solutions. This may include implementing self-service portals for employee onboarding, benefits enrollment, and accessing HR resources. Identify and implement technologies that improve employee engagement, communication, and collaboration
Change Management
Lead change management, communicate the benefits of digitalization to stakeholders, and provide training and support to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes
Vendor Management
Manage relationships with HR technology vendors and service providers. Evaluate vendor offerings, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met.
Data Privacy and Security
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, such as GDPR or CCPA, in the implementation and management of HR technology solutions. Establish data security measures and protocols to protect sensitive employee information.
Continue Improvement
Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of digital HR initiatives and identify areas for improvement. Seek feedback from HR staff and end-users to make iterative enhancements to digital tools and processes. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with HR teams, IT departments, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of digital HR initiatives. Engage with business leaders to understand their needs and develop solutions that support organizational objectives.

• Good knowledge of Computerised HR Information Systems
