Job summary

Amundi, a leading European asset manager, is seeking a motivated trainee to support its Private Equity team at the Barcelona based subsidiary, Sabadell Asset Management.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-level institution and gain hands-on experience in the world of Private Markets, working with an experienced and international team with over 20 years of expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring existing investments
  • Maintaining and update the existing data base (collecting and processing data)
  • Prepare reporting presentations
  • Contribute to the optimisation, improvement and development of tools to streamline processes
  • Ensure compliance and collaborate with legal and internal procedures

You will support the Team across all the Private Equity investment process the pre-investment to post-investment stages.

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

KNOWLEDGE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics / Physics / Engineering / Economics / Law.

  • Master’s degree in a Mathematics / Finance / AI (is an asset).

0-2 years

Please ensure you are enrolled in a university at the time of the internship and able to sign an Internship Agreement through your university. Alternatively, if recently graduated, you must be eligible for "Contrato de Prácticas".

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (Native or Advanced level)
  • Strong interest in Mathematics, Law or Finance applied to Asset Management
  • Knowledge in Private Markets and Finance
  • Full-time availability

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint
