Mission
Reporting to the Head of Back/Middle Office of Amundi Iberia, the primary mission is to provide robust operational support that ensures the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of the firm's investment activities. By managing essential administrative functions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, the Back/Middle Office enables the Front office to focus on their strategic objectives, ultimately contributing to the firm's success.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performing holdings reconciliation on a monthly basis or more regularly where applicable.
- Performing daily cash reconciliation with the custodian through the Middle Office reconciliation tools.
- Investigating any cash/holdings discrepancies by liaising with custodians, Trade Processing and other relevant departments and chasing up until the problem is resolved, adding relevant comments in the reconciliation tools.
- Following up cash/holding/valuation outstanding, ensuring a regular update of comments within the reconciliation tools, and reporting any ongoing or large discrepancies to the Portfolio Administration Manager.
- Liaising with Trade Processing department to report any failure or delay in settlement and follow up until case closed.
- Processing and managing documents such as invoices, embargos.
- Reporting Subscriptions/Redemptions on a daily basis to Fund Managers.
- Book Subscriptions/Redemptions into Alto if necessary for the concerned fund and inform fund managers.
- Control of approved and rejected transfer orders.
- Control of exchanged files with distributors.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Updating and maintaining databases with accurate and relevant information.
- Being involved in team projects, improvement of processes and systems automation.
- Being fully flexible amongst the members of the team and provide help to colleagues when necessary.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations
