Job summary

We are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic marketing professional with the knowledge and expertise to help build Amundi Asset Management’s cross border retail marketing platform

The successful candidate will have retail marketing experience, preferably within the asset management industry, be confident in content creation, managing stakeholder relationships and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
 

In this role, the candidate will:

§  Help develop and shape Amundi Asset Management’s retail marketing identity and storytelling capability to position and promote its cross border range

§  Implement the retail marketing strategy and drive measurable results including story development, planning and activation of sales enhancing activities (best ideas, advertising, campaigns)

§  Liaise daily with global retail sales & marketing teams and stakeholders

 

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

§  Idea generation: continuously question the norm and drive new storytelling ideas, promotions and campaign activities that help position and promote Amundi’s cross border fund range

§  Content creation: develop a suite of easy to understand marketing materials and stories from investment content suitable for retail investors and their financial advisors that relate to real life issues (savings, retirement, regular income), which are consistent in look and feel, structure and content layout/tone of voice

§  Measurement: in cooperation with the Digital Marketing team, measure the impact and reach of marketing tools and activities and tailor marketing strategy and communications accordingly  

§  Stakeholder management: collaborate and create buy-in from key stakeholders in the realization of retail marketing strategy and materials including Sales, Investments, Partnership & Services, (local) Marketing teams, Strategic Marketing and Legal & Compliance

§  Project management: management and coordination of external suppliers including copywriters, graphic designers, digital agencies and printers

§  Competitor benchmarking: research the wider retail investment market, analyze and monitor industry and peer developments and continuously identify opportunities to innovate

§  Commercial initiatives: support commercial projects and initiatives as and when required

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

relevant third level degree and/or investment qualifications

Required skills

 Excellent oral, written and communication skills with the ability to distil investment information into easily digestible formats, suitable for a retail target market
 Fluent English speaker with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and confidently at all levels

Technical skills required

 A genuine interest and understanding of financial markets coupled with the desire and aptitude to make a difference in connecting the business with underlying investors

 A creative individual with a commercial mindset and strong communication skills

 Minimum of 3-5 years' experience working in a product or marketing role within an asset management company with relevant third level degree and/or investment qualifications
