The Project Management & Organization team, under the responsibility of the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO), is responsible for supporting the company's transformation program, steering various strategic projects (IT, organization, multi-product & Digital offer) and coordinating the development of Fund Channel’s service offering

 

To support our transformation program, Fund Channel is looking for a Project Manager

 

Your responsibilities:

 

Within the Project Management & Organization team:

 

·       Management of strategic projects and transformation program

-        Support the sponsor of each product in the development / extension of new service offerings

-       Steer strategic projects (IT, organization, multi-product offer) from requirements definition through deployment, identifying planning, scopes, and project implementation plans

-       Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, planning and budgets, in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders from various departments

-       Track project status, deliverables and alerts raising to top project sponsor and management.

-       Monitor and control project financials

-       Organize, lead the various committees / Workshop

-       Maintain project documentation by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information

-       Coordinate the change management

-       Participate in the selection of solutions, tools, providers

Niveau d'études minimum

Bac + 5 / M2 et plus

Formation / Spécialisation

-       Master’s degree

Niveau d'expérience minimum

3 - 5 ans

Expérience

-       Minimum experience: 5 years in the fund industry

Compétences recherchées

-       Strong project management skills (method, change management…)

-       Experience in process analysis and optimization

-       Good understanding of the mutual fund industry (Fund Distribution, Asset Management, Asset Servicing…)

-       Self-motivated and able to work transversally across functions and teams on very diverse and strategic topics (Organization, IT, Product);

-       Strong conceptual, analytical and implementation capabilities

-       Organizational and problem solving skills

-       Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-       Team spirit

-       Disruptive mindset (Innovation and digital solutions interests)

Outils informatiques

-       Good command of Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Langues

- Fluent in English and French (oral and written). Any other European language will be considered as
