Job summary

Responsibilities:

  • Complete RFPs/RFIs, questionnaires and prepare relevant presentation materials
  • Prepare marketing support materials and corporate brochures
  • Collaborate with Consultant Relations Team to promote consultant relations
  • Collect, compile and provide the company data/information for RFP preparation
  • Support communication with Paris RFP team and marketing teams in the Group to share the product data/information
  • Perform to arrange RFPs/RFIs and other questionnaires for new assets such as private assets by utilizing internal/external resources.
  • Always tackle on tasks with the mind of streamlining and improving the work process.

Supplementary Information

Candidate should hold a Japan working Visa or have no restrictions on working in Japan
