Job summary

 

Day to day responsibilities

  • Seamless and errorless transactions processing, including trade matching, confirmation processing and settlement.
  • Order placement of underlying funds for Fund of Funds
  • Front-Office / back office reconciliation of portfolios
  • Account opening process & account maintenance with Brokers / Trust banks/ Custodians

 Management responsibilities

  • Day to day control of the functions of MO as well as resolution of various administrative problems
  • Establish and maintain a Business Continuity Plan for the area of responsibility

Supplementary Information

Candidate should hold a Japan working Visa or have no restrictions on working in Japan
