Aufgaben

The VIE will be in charge of Business support for external clients and local final users. He will also coordinate topics with CE and Global teams in Paris to ensure the smooth resolution of all Jira tickets and issues raised by clients and local teams in Munich, by himself or with the help of experts from the HUB (Paris & Dublin).

He will handle the Jira dashboard of local entity and support with providing regular KPIs to local manager for a better view on current situation.

Provide assessment for current support process and training to local business teams if needed.

Tasks:

  • Provide first line support Amundi Wealth & Distribution- and Investment platform
  • Identify problem areas and resolve or escalate to Amundi Paris, if required
  • Provide system and incident management and control
  • Participate in local small application development if required
  • Support business user teams to implement business processes or system changes
  • Participate in the global rollout of applications (UAT, Go-live follow-up) and provide IT system unit testing
  • Provide end-user training if required
  • Provide business insight and technical expertise across the different sites and continuously look for opportunities for improvement within the team e.g. processes and procedures
  • Work and co-ordinate with other Amundi IT teams to resolve customer problems.
  • Document and optimize the support activity
  • Representation of Amundi Germany in technology committees
  • Project support
  • Preparation of market analyses

 

Weitere Informationen

We have a number of client-related tasks, which include forming the interface between Asset Management and Technology and being the first point of contact for the SaaS technology platforms ALTO Investment and ALTO Wealth & Distribution offered by Amundi for our clients and for our internal colleagues. As an interface, we coordinate and communicate with our Tech Hubs in Paris and Dublin. The support of existing customers / users as well as the support of sales activities of our platforms, including preparation and follow-up, are also the responsibility of the department.
