The HR team at Amundi Luxembourg is looking for a VIE to join its 4‑person HR team. You will lead campus recruitment and manage the full lifecycle for interns, VIEs and student hires, maintain HRIS and regular reporting, support employer‑branding and university partnerships, and provide operational HR support and process improvements as needed.
Campus management
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for interns, VIEs and summer/student hires: identify needs with hiring managers, draft and post job announcements, screen candidates, coordinate and conduct interviews, and oversee selection.
- Oversee onboarding, day-to-day management and offboarding for interns, VIEs and students; act as the main point of contact and provide ongoing support to ensure a positive experience.
- Contribute to budget preparation and workforce planning for campus hires; schedule new hires and monitor the budget.
- Serve as primary contact for universities, schools and campus partners.
HR Communication — internal & external
- Support and contribute to employer branding initiatives aimed at attracting campus and student talent.
- Prepare for and contribute to HR staff calls; prepare materials and follow up.
- Maintain and update HR content on the local intranet to ensure accurate information for employees.
HRIS / Reporting (HR)
- Maintain and update HRIS tools related to personnel to ensure data quality and compliance.
- Produce monthly HR reporting and deliver quarterly and annual reports, plus ad-hoc data requests (headcount, FTE flow, teleworking KPIs, training figures, etc.).
Ad-hoc HR support & process improvement
- Provide operational support to HR team members on local and global projects as needed.
- Review and update internal policies and procedures to increase efficiency and compliance.
- Support training delivery when required and assist with more complex HR cases.
- Master with a specialization in Human Resources
- First working experience in HR and Finance would be ideal
- Fluent in English and French
- Excellent skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Dynamic and eager to learn
- Pro-active with a result-oriented working
