Job summary
- Map customer journeys and analyze competitor strategies.
- Support development and management of current digital tools and websites for 3 countries CZ, SK, BG.
- Test and validate the UX/UI of new global applications to ensure functionality and user-friendliness.
- Refine customer personas and support content strategy.
- Analyze data, create reports, and improve customer experience.
- Manage tickets in JIRA and ensure data/document accuracy on digital tools.
- Collaborate across Czech and French teams to align strategies.
