Job summary

The Asset Data Management Team is responsible for maintaining and managing portfolio, benchmark and security reference data including terms and conditions, prices and analytics data within Amundi platforms and databases. The team will also be responsible for integration of flows from 3rd Parties related to Dublin, London, Munich and Milan managed portfolios and Amundi Service Clients. The team plays a primary role as a supplier and interacts with most areas of the business across multiple locations. This is reflective of the central and critical role of the Asset Data Management function for both internal and external clients. This role will have a significant responsibility on the maintenance and administration within the Atlas application.


Ø  Administrating of the internal assets data repositories (securities, Indices & benchmarks, Portfolios).

Ø  Administrating the back office database (Atlas): Back office holdings, NAV, trades,

Ø  Integration of all the data from providers (Data feeds), external (e.g. Fund Admin) & internal sources

Ø  Monitoring of the daily production data integration flows from external & internal sources

Ø  Monitoring of the data quality and be proactive in improving the overall data quality process

Ø  Analysing, updating & implementing new mapping rules, quality controls, workflows & procedures in collaboration with the IT department.

Ø  Supporting internal clients (Investment, risk, Middle Office, Finance) & external clients (Amundi Services).

Ø  Project & Change management:  Part of team which provides Business specifications to IT, participate in UAT testing, Institutional Client and Amundi Services RFPs & transversal projects as required.

Ø  Contribute to the Training of new colleagues and contributes to the overall knowledge base of the team through confluence

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

 Degree / qualification in subject areas relating to Computer Science, Information System or Finance.

Required skills

 Experience as a self-motivated team player in a collaborative work environment
 2-5 years' experience in asset management industry with focus on IT, Data and/or Operational workflows

Technical skills required

 Strong Customer Service attitude
 knowledge of Asset Management activities
 Knowledge of financial data (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Indices & Benchmarks)
 Ability to proactively troubleshoot and provide logical solutions to issues
 Good working knowledge of Excel & SQL
