Missions

The Client Servicing main mission is to support the commercial development of the Group providing on a daily basis our clients with outstanding operational and administrative support in line with group procedures. Our Distribution Support team is the group’s backbone for the Third Party Fund Distribution activity.

 

As a member of our team, your main responsibilities will be:

  • In coordination with the commercial request and several departments of the company, being in charge of the setup of contracts relating to activities with respect to distribution activities performed by Distributors acting either as fund seller or user or both
  • Monitoring of requests to amend or set up brand new Contracts in close cooperation with sales team and several departments of the Company (legal, compliance, middle office, etc.…) and ensure maintenance of the contracts repository
  • Answering any requests coming from internal (Sales, Product Specialist, etc.) and external Clients (Distributors)
  • Ensuring contractual obligations, particularly all aspects regarding remuneration and Client reporting needs are in line with internal processes and procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Certifying operational feasibility regarding the agreed terms and conditions upfront that will be put in the contract, in close collaboration with the operational teams in charge of the collection and payment of retrocession
  • AML/KYC/KYD data and documentation collection and monitoring
  • Ensuring a high quality level of services provided to our Clients
  • Distribution Support Officers are responsible for a portfolio of Clients according to a geographical area coverage

  • Good understanding of the business and investment fund industry
  • Ideally: Good understanding of the Luxembourg fund industry regulation, legal structures and client service models
  • Ability to cope with a matrix management structure worldwide
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (multiple deadlines, prioritizing)
  • Practical problem-solving attitude
  • Team player

Outils informatiques

Skilled user of standard IT applications, Microsoft Office in particular

Langues

Fluent in English and French; with any other major European language being an asset
